VIMAXProfile is the performance-relevant tool within the VIMAX product family.
VIMAXProfile measures all inquiries and transactions (Add, Modify, Delete), being transferred via all MISS to the exchange’s backend, in real time during trading hours. Statistics of each MISS and trader-ID are compiled and diagrammed from the measured data.
On the basis of that information, each member has immediately comprehensible statements about
- the balancing of all MISS per trading day
- the load of each MISS by transactions and inquiries per trading day
- the Round Trip Time (RTT) of all orders, quotes and mass quotes, in real time during the complete trading day
- the complete trading activities per trading day and per trader-ID
- the transaction peaks during the complete trading day on the basis of milliseconds, and the effects on the RTT
- the critical transaction times per trading day and exchange.
One can compile individual trading profiles from that information, detect performance bottlenecks of all MISS, as well as deduce optimisation potentials of the Front End Installation.
